Our Sign Policies

Wood Signs

All of our signs are made from real wood. We seal each sign to ensure a long-lasting finish. We love the natural beauty of the wood, such as knots, grain, small cracks, and holes. Hand making our product may cause slight variations between the picture and the received item, however we try our best to maintain quality and accuracy for each and every order. Your piece will be wonderfully unique and special for your home!

Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders. Contact us at isabellasinspiration.emilie@gmail.com to work with us on your custom order.

Please be as descriptive as possible, including color, size and design ideas. We ask that you avoid including images of a design that you would like replicated. We honor and respect the originality of other designers, and try our best to create a unique and original design of our own for you. We will email a design draft for your approval before making your product. Please allow for processing time of up to 3-4 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. We have SOLE OWNERSHIP of any and all designs we create, including custom designs. 
  2. We reserve the right to SHARE any and all designs we create, including custom designs, on all social media outlets. 
  3. We reserve the right to SELL any and all designs we create, including custom designs, in any of our retail outlets, including our online store.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 10-15 business days for regular orders to be processed. Custom orders take up to 3 weeks to complete. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small additional charge. 

Shipping

We do ship our products domestically. All of our products are shipped via 2-3 day USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking or FEDEX with insurance and tracking 4-7 day home delivery. 

Local sales are available for pick up. At check out, please select the pick up option.

If you have a P.O. Box, contact us for an alternative address to ensure your package will be delivered to you.

Please Note: We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered mail due to an incorrect address. Please be sure to accurately input your delivery information. 

Returns
